• Material:  High-performance fibers made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene or aramid fibers have been widely used to weave ballistic-resistant fabrics.
• Specification: Aramid fabrics exhibit outstanding properties, such as low density, high tensile properties, good heat and flame resistance.

Weight - The weight of the helmet should be as under:-

• Medium Size helmet - Not more than 1.20 Kg.
• Large size helmet - Not more than 1.30 Kg

• Shape: The helmet should adequately cover the neck and ears of the wearer.
• Temperature Range: Temperature : -50 deg C to + 50 deg C.
• Relative Humidity - up to + 80%.
• Shelf life: The shelf life of the helmet is to be a minimum of 10 years in field conditions.
